Is there any way to cut down the time of my shipping?
- Well, the shipping time is always constant but you can expedite your shipping by simply placing the order before 1PM Pacific Time (i.e. west coast time) on the business day. The logic behind this is very simple that is only those orders are entertained on that day which are placed before 1pm. Else, all orders are shifted on the next working day.
- Some of the products have the option to expedite but others don’t. The checkout page will allow you to get all these information’s.

Does your company offer international shipping?
It depends, actually our company offer international shipping to most of objects, some are those which are not qualified to ship internationally. Kindly contact our customer service representative for detail information. Please note that we do ship to New Zealand at very competitive prices.
Does your shipping course include PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We do not ship to PO Boxes and Military Addresses.
Is there any way to track my order?
Off course you can easily track your placed order by simply opening your mailbox. Within few minutes of placing the order you will receive our mail and after 24/48 hours you will get the tracking number of currier companies Australian post services, UPS/Fed Ex/USPS.
How much time required reaching my parcel?
For standard shipping it will take 4 to 5 days. However, in the later case we need more time to execute, there will be no delay from our side in fact our ware house sends it to you as soon as possible.
I have made a mistake by checking the option of 4 to 5 business days instead of tomorrow, what should I do to correct this up?
Well, to correct for this occurrence you have to call our customer care representative or inform us through chat, as soon as possible, we will edit it by charging you the difference in shipping cost. However, if package had left our vicinity then we would be able to make any changes.
I have written wrong mailing address what should I do?
No problem, so you got the receipt at your email address and then you checked the address is wrongly entered. Kindly contact us immediately so we will induce our efforts to make the appropriate change. If we cannot recover that we will contact with postal services. However courier services sometimes charge for such a change so keep it in mind.

Well the orders within the territory of Australia and New Zealand are $35 flat rate shipping.
Is this necessary to sign for receiving my package?
Actually, we do not require your signature when we ship you package but most of customers use this option by sending a gift card.
