How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once the product has been received at our warehouse please allow 4-5 business days before the refund is issued.

I printed out my label and misplaced it. How can I retrieve it again?
You may simply open the email we have sent you previously. On the email, you will see a link that you can click on and a return label will open. Simply print it and you are good to go.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
The wrong size, part or fitment problems are not an issue. Please return the new (unused product to Motorcycle House within 60 days from the day you Received the order. Shipping cost would not be refunded, any kind of brokerage fees, taxes or international shipping fees are nonrefundable. If the product or a part has been worn or the part has been installed on the bike the return would not be possible. The return must include all the tags and/or packaging and be shipped back to us in a box. You may receive the customer support to deal with any issues regarding warranty claims or product defects.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
If the gift card did not work for you. You may contact us via Chat or Call us at 800-531-538 in order to get help. Our staff would require a few quick questions to access the account that your gift card was purchased on. You must be able to provide our staff with the last name and the first name of the actual purchaser of the gift card. We would also need the email address of the purchaser. All refunds would be made to the actual purchaser and the refunds would be made back in the same way the way payments were made. For example, if a customer used a master card to make a payment the refund would be made on the same card.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?
You will get store credit if you return the orders made using gift cards.

How can I write a review on a product?
It is very simple, please go to the product you want to write the review for. Enter your name, email address and review title. Next Rate the review. You can choose to give a product between 1-5 starts. I being the lowest score and 5 stand for the best. Next, you can enter a detailed product review in the box. There is no limit to the length of the review. Once you are done writing the review please click the "submit" button. Most reviews are automatically uploaded within hours, however. If the review has offensive language or tries to spam our system by submitting reviews irrelevant to the product with the intention to direct the user to another website or product that has no relevance with the product, such reviews will not be published.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
Please log into your account, on the top right you will see a drop down with an option saying mailing lists. Please click onto it and unsubscribe yourself. You can also click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of each email you receive.

How do I use my Gift Certificate/Coupon Code/Store Credit Code?
Once you put a product in the shopping cart you will see a box under the product price on the first checkout page. Please put the code for Coupon, Store credit or Gift Card in there. Please click on the button saying: Click Here to Relocate Totals

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We apologize for such inconvenient in advance. However, if this happens it means that another customer has purchased the product and we only had a quantity of 1 in stock. Please note that adding the product to the card does not guarantee that you have purchased the product.

My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?
Please log into your account. From the top right drop down menu choose: Change Personal Information and change your Personal Details.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
Very simple, please click onto the icon in front of the back-orders, a small window will pop up and please enter your email in there. Once we get the product in stock we will email you to the provided email address.
